Lakewood Ministries LLC (“we,” “us,” or “the ministry”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you entrust to us. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the information you provide directly to us — your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and prayer requests — when you book a deliverance session, submit a prayer, sow a seed, contact us, or place an order in the Glorious Gentile Gift Shop.
We also automatically collect limited technical information such as your browser type, device, and pages visited, so we can keep the lights on and the glory flowing.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to deliver the services you request, to schedule and conduct ministry appointments, to fulfill and ship anointed products, to respond to your inquiries, and — with your consent — to send you ministry updates and prophetic encouragement.
Prayer requests submitted to the Live Prayer Wall are displayed publicly only when you explicitly consent during submission. You may request removal of any public prayer request at any time.
3. Seed, Tithe & Donation Information
Payment details entered during giving or checkout are transmitted to our payment processor over an encrypted connection. Lakewood Ministries LLC does not store full card numbers on its own servers.
Lakewood Ministries LLC is a registered 501(c)(3) organization. We retain donation records as required for tax-receipt and regulatory purposes.
4. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to remember the contents of your blessed cart and to understand how the site is used. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features (like your cart) may not function as intended.
5. Sharing With Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate the ministry — such as payment processors and shipping carriers — and only to the extent necessary to perform their services, and when required by law.
6. Data Security
We safeguard your information using industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical measures. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, but we steward your data with diligence and care.
7. Your Rights & Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of ministry communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us directly. We will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date below, and continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
